Refund policy

We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all appliances. We guarantee that for the first 30 days, that the unit will operate as designed/intended or we'll take it back for exchange or refund. The guarantee/return provision does not cover any reason, other than that the unit is deemed defective.

Additionally, most or all of our units include an aftermarket 1yr or factory warranty. See details with each unit for that information.
